Design Build Services

A Design-Build contract places the design and construction in the hands of a single company which establishes one point of responsibility. A major benefit of this approach is that it allows the client a heightened sense of project accountability and control over risk and cost throughout the course of the planning and building process. We work to make all projects efficient, organized, and elevated to meet the varied needs of our customers. Our continued success in a competitive bidding market is a testament to our ability to deliver projects at best value. MAC has also successfully completed well over $50 million worth of Design Build or Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) projects acting as the Construction Manager and the General Contractor.

Construction Management

From design, to conceptualization, to subcontractor selection and scheduling, to execution, MAC will ensure the end result is complete customer satisfaction. MAC prides themselves on being prepared and composed on every project phase, no matter what circumstances. We oversee all construction phases while closely overseeing quality control, code compliance and budgeting decisions.
